Burn-out and stressful situations are becoming more and more frequent in our society. Thanks to yoga, your team would be able to practice a physical activity and learn how to relax in their work place.
My Vinyasa Yoga classes are dynamic and allow one to get regenerated, find energy, calm and serenity.
I propose two options:
- The first one consists in giving yoga classes adapted to your business and your employees. I plan my classes according to what you are looking for (evacuating stress, tensions, working on breathing exercises). Classes include a flow of postures associated with breathing and a guided relaxation, accompanied by a calm music.
-The second option links yoga and theatre together. Classes can last a couple of hours spread out through different days or under the form of a workshop.
Having a PhD in Theatre I have been a theatre professor for three years at the University of Bristol in England and also at a theatre Company in Paris. I am specialised in improvisation and contemporary theatre.
In the workplace, I give classes focusing on letting go and communication. Theatre helps re-establishing dialogue between employees and reinforce teamworking. It also helps to manage stressful professional speeches and conferences. Courses develop and increase participants’ creativity and imagination.
In addition, yoga classes bring calm and relaxation while practicing physical exercises.
